How can I return an item if it doesn't fit?

We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached. You can return products via post or at any Kathmandu retail store nationwide.

Are your down jackets ethically sourced?

Yes, 100% of our down is certified by the Responsible Down Standard (RDS), ensuring the welfare of ducks and geese that provide down and feathers.

Do you offer a warranty on technical gear?

All Kathmandu products are covered by a statutory warranty. If a product has a manufacturing fault, we will repair, replace, or refund it in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Can I pay for my order using Afterpay?

How do I care for my GORE-TEX waterproof jacket?
