At Kathmandu NZ, we want you to be fully equipped for your next adventure, which is why we offer a 60-day return policy for Change of Mind on all gear and apparel. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Log into your Kathmandu account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

Pack Your Gear

Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are intact to prevent damage during transit.

Ship via NZ Post

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any NZ Post location, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
